Dashboard Navigation Tips

Your results dashboard is designed to provide you with easy access to all relevant data insights at a glance. Below, you’ll find instructions to help you navigate the dashboard efficiently, from scrolling and page navigation to interactive with charts for a more detailed look. Please follow these steps to get the most out of your experience on the dashboard.

For the optimal viewing experience, please view the dashboard on a desktop or laptop computer.

    Scrolling Through Results

    Simply scroll down the page to view all the dashboard sections.

    NOTE: For best results, scroll outside of charts and interactive areas. You may also have to scroll outside of the dashboard area to continue scrolling.

    Page Navigation

    • Use the page number buttons on the left to switch between pages.
    • Click the “^ Top” button to quickly return to the top of the page.
    • Drag the page navigation menu to the right to see full page titles.

    Interactive Elements

    Many elements on the dashboard are interactive. Click on charts, graphs, or data points to explore more details.

    Note about the NPS Score Gauge: You may see a security warning when hovering over the NPS Score Gauge. This is normal. Simply click “Proceed” to continue.

    Using Filters

    • Filter buttons are available on every page and will update the relevant charts.
    • You can select a single value, several values or all values for each filter
    • When filtered, selections will be shown on the button.

    By following these simple steps, you can easily navigate your dashboard and uncover valuable insights!
